Sound baths can be an incredibly beneficial wellness experience and the perfect introduction to meditation or a companion to an existing practice. Led by our friends at Retreat Day, and surround by Folia plants, sink into a state of deep relaxation, where you can more readily access your inner voice and desires.

• sound bath using crystal alchemy singing bowls
• guided meditation
• soothing tea time
• optional sharing at the end of the experience
