Sansevieria trifasciata hahnii 'Emerald Star' is an easy-care plant with sleek, dark green leaves framed in bright yellow at the edges. Like other Sansevieria trifasciata hahnii, 'Emerald Star' has a more compact growth habit than many Sansevieria (aka "Snake Plant") varieties- growing in a rosette-like shape that doesn't get super tall.

Did you know? All plants in the genus formerly called Sansevieria have been reclassified to the Dracaena genus! Sansevieria is still an accepted synonym though, so we'll continue to use the more familiar names.

Sansevieria trifasciata hahnii 'Emerald Star' CARE:

Bright to medium indirect light. Will tolerate low light as well. Brighter light may bring out more color. Avoid direct sun.

Place in pot with drainage hole. Allow soil to dry completely between waterings. When in doubt, wait another week to water.

Good plant for rooms with lower light. May need to be repotted occasionally to avoid bursting the pot.
