Syngonium podophyllum is one of our favorite easy care plants that is often overlooked. Syngonium podophyllum 'Confetti' is a very fun cultivar, it closely resembles the common green variety but is dotted with pink variegation. It's easy to understand why this cultivar is named 'Confetti'! Syngonium podophyllum is an aroid, and much like many of its aroid relatives it develops differently shaped, mature leaves as it grows upward along the trunks of trees. You can achieve these mature leaves in your home by giving your Syngonium a moss pole to grow up. If you want to grow your own mature specimen we have all the information you'll need to grow the syngonium of your dreams!
Light: Syngonium podophyllum 'Confetti' does best in medium to bright indirect light. Your plant will produce mature leaves quicker if grown in bright indirect light.
Water: Allow your plant to go dry about 3/4ths of the way before you water again.
Did you know? Over time Syngonium podophyllum 'Confetti' will begin to show a vining growth habit. If you choose not to give your plant a moss pole to train upwards it makes a very attractive hanging plant!
